食べたい欲(みんなもあるよね？🤤ｗ)
テレビにも紹介されたことがある「青春キッチン」
さんにお邪魔しました✨
日曜日に伺いましたが、ほぼ満席！
地元の方に愛される洋食屋さんという
雰囲気です◎
✔バター醤油ハンバーグ 1200円
(和風セット +400円)
→スタンダードなデミグラスか迷いましたが
バターと醤油というギルティな組み合わせ
に思わずチョイス！ｗ
和風セットは赤だしとライスですが
洋風セットはコーンスープと
ライスかパンを選べます！
輪切りレモンの下にはエスカルゴバターが
隠れていて、溶けだすと爽やかかつ
コクのあるソースに！
レモンを絞ると酸味が効いたソースになり
色々な味を楽しめます！
ハンバーグ自体は俵型というより少し
平ぺったく、しっかり目に火が入って
いるのでお肉はウェルダン派の方には
ぴったりかと！
ソースをパンで拭って食べればよかったと
後悔(´;ω;｀)ｗ
なんだか不思議と懐かしい気分に浸れる
落ち着いたお店でした✨
